I just want to say that Kuppa ain’t payin’ me shit for this but I’m doing this pro bono.
I personally think Kuppa is one of the “MUST GO TO AND STUFF-YER-FACE SILLY” places in Bacolod City. Why? Because you can. It’s affordable enough to go on a food binge and it’s delicious enough to not stop yourself from committing the second of the seven. The Sicilian Signorina and I almost did that when we were there. We’re not food experts nor critics but we do know what we want and what our taste buds like and our taste buds LIKEY.
The place is great and has this modern, industrial kinda vibe to it. There’s a coffee bean roasting machine inside because yes sir, Kuppa is first and foremost a roasteria and coffee shop and has quite a following of coffee aficionados, I heard. Another thing they’re famous for is their food. My sister swears by their Wimpy Burger and sandwiches and a friend of ours swears by their, well , EVERYTHING.
Since it was lunch, and we wanted it a little bit “light”, we chose to have some pasta and pizza. And by the gods, it was one of the best meals we have ever had in our lives. Have a look see:
Shouting “COWABUNGA!” Isn’t enough for these babies.
They were generous with the cheese and the pepperoni as you can see and even though the crust was a little saggy, I really didn’t care because it tasted good.
SPAGHETTI AL PESTO
Don Vito was right, this is an offer I can’t refuse!
